Smoking creates a yellowish and grey facial expression and your skin becomes less elastic!

Enjoying the sun?
Not too much! Sun is the number one cause of skin aging. Protect your skin well with an UV filter in summer and in winter.

Healthy and varied food!
In many products are good nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and antioxidants that are good for your skin, so make sure you eat healthy and varied so you get the best out of your skin. Tip: pomegranate for beautiful skin! It contains vitamins and antioxidants.
